I knocked my left pinky toe to the corner of my table few days ago. Of course the little toe was bruised and was very painful the first day. On the second day, I used my Magic wands (Vita Navitas) to tune energy of my left foot. I felt a few rigid energy blocks during my self healing section while moving/rotating my wands. Energy flow went through my hands toward my body. After that the pain on my toe released quite a lot. I didn’t feel much pain at night, either. The third day, my bruised pinky toe was much improved in movement and almost no pain. This is really a miracle and speedy recovery.
